We’ll discover exactly what you want when it comes to themes, colours, features, layouts and functionality. Bring all of your ideas to the table and we’ll make sure they’re taken on board.
At this stage, we also conduct feasibility studies to ensure that your property, your budget and any relevant planning laws can fulfil your requirements, so you know sooner rather than later.
Bringing your ideas to life
Our creative designers will begin producing concept designs and sketches. This is a collaborative process where we work closely with you to develop ideas into a final set of plans for the build phase. You can also hand-pick materials, fixtures and fittings with guidance from our experts.During this stage we invite all of your thoughts and feedback, making as many revisions as required until you’re delighted with the final plans.

We’ll take the designs and create realistic 3D renders which show exactly what the new environment will look like. 3D walkthroughs also allow you to look around inside the space from every angle before the first brick is even laid.See something you would like to change? Hassle-free planning permission
We’ll create detailed plans and submit the paperwork to your local council authority for planning permission approval.With hundreds of successful applications and a 97% first-time success rate, we understand the process inside-out. We’ll liaise with the authority on your behalf to obtain full approval, and if they ask for any revisions, we can handle those for you as well.
Hassle-free building control approval
We can assess if your project requires building control approval from your local council. If necessary, we’ll submit the paperwork and all relevant plans, including engineer’s reports and structural calculations, to ensure the fastest possible process.
Preparing for the build
You’ll receive a guaranteed, fixed-price quote which is fully itemised down to the last penny. We’ll also prepare a detailed construction programme and begin organising every aspect of the build, including on-site teams, tradespeople, equipment and materials. Meanwhile, your dedicated project manager will be on hand to guide you through the process.
Construction and sign-off
You can now relax and look forward to the final result as the build teams begin construction under the orchestration of your project manager.
